Gift Sessions
A full, professional 60-minute session with Naomi Rose,
Book Developer & Creative Midwife.
SPECIALIZING IN HELPING AUTHORS LISTEN WITHIN
& DISCOVER THEIR UNIQUE NATURAL VOICE.
Would you like to write your book
in a way that feels like you?
Would you like to find answers within yourself
to your questions about writing a book,
so you’re eager to align with what seeks to give itself to you from within?
This is something we can explore together
during a complimentary
60-minute Gift Session.
I'm Naomi Rose, Book Developer & Creative Midwife,
and I'm here to listen with you to what your book wants to become.
~ note: this is a genuine gift, not a sales pitch. ~
It is an obligation-free deep dive into your concerns and desires
about writing the book of your heart,
wherever you currently are in the process.
It’s like having an actual client session with me.
Whether you're at the beginning of your book writing journey, have most or all of a first draft, or are seeking deeper connection to your work at any stage, this session offers personalized support tailored to where you are in the process.
You’ll get a direct experience of the same nurturing approach, book expertise, deep listening and encouragement, and healing ways that I bring to my ongoing clients.
And you’ll likely take away benefits that you can apply to your writing.
There’s no obligation to continue with me afterward,
though many have found it valuable to do so.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING YOUR GIFT SESSION
You might imagine that our “listening to you together” is a nice thing to do but perhaps less effective than a more structured, directed, powerful approach. Ah, but it is powerful! Listening is the magnet that draws out the subtlety of your inner being, and so puts you in touch with your real feelings, perceptions, understandings . . . and voice.
This collaborative approach to book development helps writers at every stage - from initial book ideas to manuscript completion.
SO WE LISTEN TO YOU TOGETHER.
Through this listening, we'll discover how your unique voice and perspective can be lovingly mined to bring forth what your book wants to be. We'll explore how your natural creative ways of being can harmonize with the writing process, addressing any specific concerns you have about your current stage of the book-writing journey.
You'll leave this Gift Session with:
~ Greater clarity about your book's direction
~ Greater understanding of your current writing-related struggle and ways to overcome it
~ Deeper connection to your authentic creative ways
~ Renewed confidence in your ability to bring your book to life.
As a recipient of a Gift Session who went on to become a client put it:

preparing for
your book-development gift session:
some questions worth reflecting on
Consider reflecting on the following questions before our Gift Session takes place. This isn't homework — you won't be "quizzed" — but exploring them ahead of time may help you articulate what you most need from our time together:
1. Where are you now on your book-writing journey? (Anywhere from "the barest whisper of an idea" to "deep in the rewrite stage")
2: What's your current greatest struggle around writing your book?
3. What strengths do you bring to this creative process?
4. What's been your writing experience?
Is this your first book? If so, what excites you about it? Have any fears arisen? If so, what do you tell yourself to get yourself back to a state of willingness?
If you have done other writing: What did you write? What form(s) did it take? What was the process of writing like for you? What did you enjoy? What did you not enjoy? What would you wish to do differently with this book? What might you like to repeat?
5. Where else do you feel creative in your life? It doesn’t necessarily have to be in the arts (though great if it is). It could be things like cooking, parenting, being in nature, problem-solving—any area of your life where you naturally enjoy the interaction, with little-to-no interference from the inner critic.
6. What are your hopes for your book? (Your relationship to it, even more than its public reception, at this point)
7. How would you describe your relationship to your inner life (spiritually, psychologically, etc.)?
8. What do you most hope to gain from our conversation?
your book is calling.
shall we listen to you together?
I look forward to exploring both your journey with your book, whatever its current stage. In this Gift Session, we'll connect with what truly matters in your writing and in your heart.
No agenda — just genuine presence and possibility.
