Books in Print by My Clients: Jerry Gin
Among the best testimonials I can think of are the books by my clients that are now in print (also e-book and audiobook formats). Each of these authors was originally a first-time author, who had dreams and fears around writing a book that may be similar to yours. But they persisted over time, working with me in online or in-person sessions, gradually coming to a place of resonance with what wanted to be written, in a way that most deeply fit who the author was. And the manuscript grew and grew, until the author could genuinely pen “The End.”
And then the Writing phase was complete, and they went on to the Production phase (getting the book ready to be printed — editing, proofreading, design, illustration, typesetting, etc.). And then it was in print, available to people all over the world to read, learn from, heal through, and enjoy.
Following are the books written by my client Jerry Gin. Even if your book is only a wish, a call in your heart, at this point, be encouraged for its similar success.
The Seeker and the Teacher of Light: On the Teachings of Joachim Wippich and the Mystery of 3-6-9, by Jerry Gin. Torus Press, 2021. / Science, Subtle Energies, and Spirituality: A Path to I AM, by Jerry Gin. Torus Press, 2022.
Jerry Gin, an award-winning chemist, was referred to me by my client Cindy Spring. Jerry was unusual, in my experience, in that he was both a trained scientist and a spiritual seeker. He wanted to bring both world together and write books about his discoveries.
I appreciated his marrying these two paradigms. I had been a spiritual seeker, myself, for most of my adult life. But science had not been my background or skillset, whereas it was quite natural to him. Though his detailed explanations of things which, up to that point, had been out of my vision’s range were fascinating, and I appreciated the worlds he brought into my view, as he appreciated my ability to guide the trajectory of his books so that they would make sense and hold interest for laypersons like me, as well as scientists who had crossed the boundary into a spiritual view of life.
His first book, The Seeker and The Teacher of Light, was based on the teachings of an enlightened being named Joachim Wippich, whom Jerry had first met through an organization that he later became the Chairman of, The Foundation for Mind Being Research (FMBR). Joachim would hang out in a local coffee shop at prescribed times, and people would congregate around him to hear his views about what caused healing to take place. Jerry felt that these teachings were so valuable that he wanted to make them available to a much wider audience than only those in the coffee shop, which is how he came to write the book. Once the book was in print, he put it on his website, spoke about it at conferences, had an audiobook made of it, and gave considerable energy to letting the world know about these special Affirmations and other ways of healing.
The second book, Science, Subtle Energies, and Spirituality: A Path to I AM, built on many of the ideas and practices introduced in the first book — for example, the “mystery of 3-6-9” (Nicola Tesla was quoted as saying, “If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6, and 9, then you would have a key to the universe.” The concepts of Radiesthesia and BioGeometry, which had been introduced in the first book, also were gone into here, along with a section on Joachim Wippich’s unique Affirmations. But the main thrust of this book is that there are subtle energies that exist and affect us, whether or not we are aware of them — and that becoming aware of them can bring us closer to understanding our real essence as being “I AM.”
My role: Book Developer, Editor, Publishing coordinator (for print, e-books, and audiobooks)
Working with Jerry as a new author: Jerry had never written a book before, but he was eager to launch in, and gracious to work with. Because I don’t have a background in science (though I have a logical mind and a penchant for experimentation), there was much in the manuscript of both his books that I truly didn’t understand. Jerry had never written a book before, and things that were second-nature to him were, in his earlier drafts, confounding to me. My task, then, was to be the layperson, and to use my initial incomprehension to the book’s advantage. “What do you mean by this?” I would ask him (in a Track Changes version of the file he had sent me, or directly via a Zoom call). “How does that follow from this? Can you give an example? Is there a practice the reader could do to have more of a direct understanding?” and so on. In all these questions, Jerry remained affable and unflappable, and over time the “mysteries” of the initial manuscript were clarified so that almost anyone could follow the text — and, hopefully, make active use of the consciousness-expansions that the books sought to bring to light.
Book 1: The Teacher and The Seeker of Light:
From the back cover: What if you could learn how to bring healing and harmony into your life, your body, your mind, your spirit, and the world by understanding who you really are — vibrationally? One night, Jerry Gin held up his hand in the dark. He could clearly see a beam of light stretching from his palm across the room to the wall. After a lifetime of seeking to understand how the universe works, and a highly successful career as a biochemist and pharmaceutical entrepreneur, he dedicated himself to being a spiritual seeker. Thus began a quest spanning more than two decades of fascinating research and exploration into the nature of what lies behind that which appears. and when he met the healer Joachim Wippich, Jerry’s learning took off a thousandfold. The Seeker and The Teacher of Light is the fruit of this discipleship and friendship. . . . Whether you have already been on a quest for greater understanding or are just beginning, The Seeker and The Teacher of Light is for anyone looking for the next step in their spiritual journey — anyone intrigued by and wanting to explore the true nature of our individual and collective reality.
Reader praise for the book:
“The Seeker and The Teacher of Light presents a compelling and exciting story about the nature of reality and our place in it. Part memoir, part scientific thesis, and part spiritual text, this unique book offers an intriguing look at our evolving understanding of the world and invites us to make a giant leap forward.” — Judy Kitt, President, Foundation for Mind Being Research (FMBR)
“An urgent message for humanity is pouring in from many directions. ‘Wake up! Grow in awareness of the subtle energies around us.’ Dr. Gin’s book clarifies the message, makes it coherent and accessible — and exciting.” — Cynthia Spring, co-author of Seven Questions About Life After Life and Seven Questions About the Greater Reality
“The Seeker and The Teacher of Light takes us on a journey to understand the being of our essence — the spark of life that begins even before we are a physical body. By understanding our essence, we can heal ourselves through bringing ourselves into harmony, into the Consciousness — the Oneness — of I AM.” — Regina Ochoa, Channeler, Medium
Book 2: Science, Subtle Energies, and Spirituality
From the back cover: Subtle energies — does that sound too “woo-woo,” not the provide of real science? Yet brilliant minds have been dedicated to discovering what lies behind what’s apparent in the universe — and how this can enhance our lives and our understanding of who we really are. Chemist Dr. Jerry Gin has had a lifelong passion for science as well as a calling to understand the workings of the universe. This has led him to wonderful adventures in science and spirituality, discoveries that turn our understanding of matter on its head. His research shows that we all can sense invisible forces — subtle energies. These benefit us even more once we becomes conscious of them. Whether it’s raising the quality of our drinking water . . . harmonizing negative effects of electro magnetic frequencies . . . or dowsing to learn which foods, supplements, etc. are good for us, what we end up discovering is that there’s more to life — and to us — than we thought. Science, Spirituality, and Subtle Energies welcoms us to this invisible, potent world. Along with fascinating explanations and illustrations, it offers hands-on exercises so we can experience subtle energies directly, plus affirmations from spiritual teacher Joachim Wippich to attune us to our highest (I AM) being. This book is grounded in the scientific view that we don’t have to take things on faith but can find out for ourselves. Yet faith opens up once we know who we are at our essential level. As we then create in harmony with the very nature of the universe, we heal ourselves and the world.
Reader praise for the book:
“‘What am I? What is my purpose for living?’ Dr. Gin answers these timeless questions with evidence for the invisible subtle energies underpinning our physical world. The beauty of his appraoch is that understanding the science of subtle energies gives us a window into our true nature. The tools presented herein lift the mystery of living and become self-evident. We are the source of our reality. This work givers credence to Psalm 82:6: Ye are Gods.” — Dr. Nisha J. Manek, MD, FACP; author, Bridging Science and Spirit: The Genius of William A Tiller’s Physics and the Promise of Information Medicine
“A traditionally trained scientist, Jerry Gin has had the all-too-rare courage to be able to break away from traditional textbook thinking about how the world works when persented with evidence or experience that challenges conventional perspectives. This book is his extraordinary journey through novel worlds. Hopefully you will come away thinking about things in a different way. I know I did.” — Bill Bengston, PhD; author, The Energy Cure; President, Society for Scientific Exploration; Professor of Sociology, St. Joseph’s College
The author on working with me: “[I want to acknowledge] Naomi Rose, my wonderful editor, who tries to make my writing simple to understand. My text is better because she has reviewed it. My chapters became a book because of her.”
